STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE
SAI ALUPACK LTD

We (SAI ALUPACK LTD) declare that all kinds of Food Packaging Product manufactured comply with all the National/International Food Contact Material standards Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004 (Framework Regulation), Regulation (EC) No. 2023/2006 (Good Manufacturing Practice – GMP), CM Res 2013(9), and The Materials and Articles in Contact with Food (England) Regulations 2019 (No.2619; 2705, 318, 384).

The test samples exhibited through testing to be in compliance with the specific release limit for all material outlined within the CM Res 2013(9), the material can be considered to meet the criteria of the Article 3 paragraph 1 of Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004 for conditions: all food types at high temperature conditions of use (baking).

All aluminium raw materials used are sourced responsibly and undergo supplier evaluations to ensure a sustainable model of aluminium usage. The base material consists exclusively of virgin aluminium, with no post-consumer recycled content. This is verified through the supplier’s Statement of Compliance (SOC) and subsequent migration test results. The product has a shelf life of two years from the date of manufacture, and is designed for single use.
