Aluminium foil containers have been used for transporting and storing food for many years. They help maintain the temperature and freshness of food while preserving its taste over extended periods. Lightweight and easy to handle, aluminium foil is an ideal material for food containers. It can be moulded into various shapes and sizes to accommodate different types of food, effectively preventing spills, leaks, odours, and contamination. Additionally, aluminium is infinitely recyclable and requires significantly less energy to recycle, making it a more sustainable and environmentally friendly option.
Aluminium foil containers comply with national food hygiene standards and are both safe and non-toxic. They are made from renewable resources and are free from hazardous substances or pollutants throughout the manufacturing process. A thick oxide layer naturally forms on the surface of aluminium foil, helping to stabilise its chemical composition. This layer also inhibits the growth of bacteria and other microorganisms, contributing to food safety.
From your favourite pie or grilled fish to multi-compartment trays and more, aluminium food containers offer versatile and customisable solutions for food storage and packaging. Available in a wide range of sizes and shapes, they are ideal for both home and commercial use. Whether you need containers for individual portions or larger meals, we offer a variety of options to suit every need—making them perfect for safely storing, transporting, and serving all types of food.
Smoothwall foil trays are made from a high-grade aluminium alloy and engineered for enhanced rigidity, even when filled with liquids or oily foods. This durability makes them ideal for retail meal kits, frozen entrees, and premium catering applications where both presentation and product protection are essential.
In contrast, wrinkle-wall foil trays are more flexible. While they generally maintain their shape, they are more prone to crushing and deformation under pressure or when stacked. These trays are best suited for short-term uses such as food delivery, takeout, or buffet service.
